1.1 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and regions in Pakistan, including but not limited to:
• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Multan, Quetta, and other areas.
• Remote areas may have limited shipping options or longer delivery times.

1.2 Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: PKR 500 for orders below PKR 5,000.
• Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 25,000 .
• Express Shipping: Available at additional charges.

1.3 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:
• Standard Delivery: [4-7] business days.
• Express Delivery: [1-3] business days (if applicable).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

1.4 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track your package.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Prepaid orders will be refunded within 20 business days via the original payment method.

2.2 Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

• Any fraudulent or suspicious activity.
In such cases, you will be notified, and any payments made will be refunded within 20 business days.
